With all the fake accounts and people impersonating various Kpop celebrities on popular micro blogging service twitter, YG Entertainment took the initiative and posted a notice / news bulletin on their ygfamily.com website.
In the news bulletin, they posted an official list of YG Entertainment artists using twitter and the accounts listed include:

송백경 (Song Baek Kyung) (http://twitter.com/supafunkboy)
sean (of Jinusean) (http://twitter.com/jinuSEAN3000)
정혜영 Jung Hye Young (http://twitter.com/HyeYoung2004)
구혜선 Goo Hye Sun (http://twitter.com/koohs/)
So if you see someone using G-Dragon, T.O.P., Daesung, Seungri, or any account not listed above you should now know that it’s a fake account.
